Our CrossFit affiliated in 2007. We have been established in Cedar Park as Tillman Physical Therapy & Sports Training Center, Inc. for 10 years.
Owner, David Tillman has 20 years of Coaching Experience. Including CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Sports Specific Training, Professional Athletes, Weekend Warriors and Kids.
CrossFit Cedar Park has sent two people to the CrossFit Games. In 2009, Nikki Hall Isbell and in 2010, Deric Maruquin.
Our goal is to make you the most fit YOU possible! From Nutritional Coaching, Bootcamps, Kettlebell Training, Ladies Only Programs, Kids Speed & Agility, Olympic Lifting and CROSSFIT, we strive to meet all your fitness needs with exceptional, qualified and experienced coaches and with our physical therapists on board, we can modify all workouts to meet your level of fitness!
