Jessica Crow is an independent arbitrator with Arbitra International and an academic at the University of Cambridge.
Her arbitration practice encompasses high-value, complex commercial and investment disputes across a range of industry sectors, with substantial experience under most major arbitral institutions, multiple governing laws and seats. Her core focus is climate change and energy transition matters, underpinned by deep knowledge of international climate policy frameworks, emissions trading regimes and renewable energy regulation. Her practice includes extensive advice on international and domestic climate policy, ESG and climate-related dispute risk.
She is a lecturer at the University of Cambridge where she teaches international dispute resolution, climate and environmental law and a doctoral researcher in climate litigation at the Cambridge Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance (CEENRG). She holds appointments as the Hoffmann Fellow in Global Climate Governance at the World Economic Forum, as a Fellow at the Centre for Climate Engagement, and as a researcher at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law.
Jessica is admitted to practice in New York and as a Solicitor in England and Wales and has been recognised as a Future Leader by Lexology Index: Arbitration 2024 and 2025.
