I have owned a successful Wealth Management and Estate Planning firm in Tempe since 2003. As my clientele aged, I found myself referring out an increasing number of them for Medicare plans. Recognizing the tremendous opportunity in Medicare sales in 2014 I jumped in with both feet. My first couple years were rough as I had very little training and virtually no mentor support. I was forced to learn this business from the ground up. In hindsight, this was a blessing as I had to question and learn every nook and cranny of the Medicare world. Since then I have been fortunate to have aligned with wonderfully amazing individuals and organizations who have supported my growth and goals. I have enrolled over 1500 members in Medicare plans and have a wonderful team who maintain and build our book of business. A FMO Upline will -
- help you acquire carrier contracts, compliance, commissions, and give high level training.
A Mentoring Agent (like myself) is much smaller and closer to the sales action. I help agents with on-boarding, training, strategic planning, marketing, lead generation, coaching, on call support, and expertise for everything on "the ground."
