Creative Solutions for Positive Youth Development is a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 93-2378059) transforming how young people access mental health care by meeting them where they are - literally. Through a powerful partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada, we embed licensed therapists, social workers, and students directly into trusted youth spaces, overcoming traditional barriers to care. We go beyond clinic walls to offer youth-centered therapy, wellness- and resilience-building programs, and trauma-informed support. We operate across the continuum of care to give every youth and family what they need, from prevention programming through outpatient treatment and even crisis intervention. Our model reaches the many families who fall through the cracks of the formal behavioral health system due to stigma, cost, insurance limitations, or cultural and language barriers. Creative Solutions makes mental health approachable, practical, and fun, helping children and families thrive.
