The CTIDA seeks to promote a vibrant, diversified, and sustainable economy to enhance the quality of life in College Township and throughout the Centre Region and Centre County. The CTIDA will actively support, encourage, and further the interests of new and existing businesses and industry for the purposes of retaining and expanding existing job opportunities, attracting new jobs, and stimulating the investment of capital into College Township.
In today's economic climate, it can be difficult for small business owners to acquire the loans needed to grow their established businesses or for entrepreneurs to acquire the funds needed to start a new venture. Frequently, borrower's collateral is insufficient to justify a bank lending a full requested amount. At the CTIDA, we know and have developed programs to help! We offer Loan Guarantor Program, Co-Lending Program, Direct Lending Options, and Grants.
