Cultivating Change (reg charity no: 1199282) is one of the UK's leading charities promoting wellbeing through gardening & growing.
Each year we collaborate with schools, hospitals, charities & community
groups to raise awareness, engage and educate about the positive
impacts gardening has on wellbeing through seed donations, growing
workshops, community days and assemblies. We also provide ‘how to
grow’ video resources created by our volunteer horticulturist who is
trained by the Royal Horticultural Society.
The aim is to educate, empower and engage people in gardening
activities that foster positive life-long habits and self-care practices.
Cultivating Change’s vision is for horticultural activities that benefit
people’s wellbeing to be embedded in healthcare, community and
educational policies, both nationally and internationally.
