We are a multidisciplinary team based in the Research Services Directorate at the University of Glasgow. The team is comprised of research culture specialists, educational designers, mentoring experts, leadership developers, pedagogy nerds, and career coaches. We activate the expertise which exists across our research community to amplify our impact, collaborating towards our mutual success.
We support the emergence of new ideas, knowledge, and practices that develop the skills a furture-ready research workforce needs.
