Our company specializes in:
Laser cutting, CNC punching, CNC bending, welding the products that are made from sheet metal such as: electrical cabinets, ladder cable tray, rack-box, ODF, many types of box....
Production and installation of supporting production goods (tables, chairs, cabinets, shelves, grating for platform, garage, conveyors, auxiliary works ....)
Processing mechanical goods for export to many countries such as Japan, Europe area and processing industrial equipments.
To meet the requirements of customers we would like to introduce briefly about the company's capacity as below:
1. About our machines:
- We have 03 CNC laser cutting machines: With the capacity of 3kw and 4kw from Amada brand, can cut steel with thickness up to 16 mm and stainless steel with thickness up to 12 mm.
- And 04 shearing machine: All are from Amada brand, that can cut up to 6 mm in thickness and 4000 mm in length.
- 03 CNC punching machine: Also from Amada brand, can punch up to 6 mm in thickness, with the working width up to 1520 mm
- 04 CNC bending machine: All are from Amada brand, can bend up to 12 mm in thickness and 4000 mm in length.
- Normal punching machine: We have 01 which weight over 20 tons
- Hydraulic press machine: We have 01 which weight 250 tons.
- Welding machine: Tig, Mig, Que.
2. About our staffs:
We have staffs with dynamic, enthusiasm, experience and high skills. With a total of 60 staffs, including 10 engineers, 4 accountants and 46 workers.
