A Curra Engenharia foi fundada em 1993, então como Supporting Engenharia, incialmente voltada para gerenciamento, fiscalização e execução de obras. Em 2004, diversificou as atividades, iniciando atuação na área de Protensão Não Aderente, com execução e consultoria. Em 2008, trouxe dos Estados Unidos e iniciou a execução do Ensaio Não Destrutivo pelo Método da Maturidade, ASTM C 1074, para controle tecnológico da resistência do concreto nas primeiras idades.
