Roughly 2% of all civil cases today will be decided by a jury. Unfortunately, full compensation for injuries or harm caused by another may only be realized through a jury trial.
Because of this, we prepare each case from day 1 as if it will go to trial. However, our approach is different. We're involved with our clients and get to know each other. Many of our clients are surprised to meet with an attorney when they come to the office and that they have full access to their attorney as questions arise. As each case progresses, we'll spend more time with our clients out of the office and in everyday settings.
Human interaction and attorney involvement with our clients is a core principle of our practice. Through this interaction we can discover the human story behind the case and prepare to share that truth with the jury. This approach is different than that taken by many others who handle the same types of cases.
We are licensed to practice in Indiana, Illinois and Colorado and can obtain permission to practice in other jurisdictions pursuant to local rules.
