We named our restaurant after this emblematic place because when Londoners visit us, they will transcend to the highest heights, the pinnacle of Peruvian cuisine. We’ve kept the colonial characteristics throughout our restaurant and combined this with cooking which pays the most deeply delicious respects to our ancestors.
