Cyber Cerebral Cameroon Summit’s premier CIO and CISO event has been launched from the need of Africa’s leading business leaders and key stakeholders in the cyber security space. These leaders will discuss strategy, application, education and opportunities surrounding cyber security in Africa.
CCCS19 goes to support the implementation of Cameroon’s Strategic Plan for a Digital Cameroon by 2020 (MINPOSTEL, May 2016). Cameroon economic growth vision sets forth performance indicators for the telecommunications sector for transformation into a digital economy to support the emergence of other sectors of the economy. Cyber security is foremost in the actions in Enhancing digital confidence in Cameroon’s strategic plan mentioned above.
There have been calls from public and private sector across Africa to discuss these challenges,opportunities, finance and policies within the cyber sphere on the African continent.
Cyber Cerebral Africa will create vigorous conversations and intense debates around the advancement of policy and legislation and cyber security threats that organization face today, as well as look to the future.
