Cyber Shikshit Bharat is a national mission led by Lisianthus Tech to build a cyber-aware, digitally secure, and globally resilient India. At the heart of this mission lies the vision to establish a Central Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (CoE) in India — a hub for innovation, threat intelligence, policy development, and AI-driven cyber solutions. The initiative is designed to protect India’s digital sovereignty while positioning the country as a global leader in cyber innovation and collaboration.
Cyber Shikshit Bharat is built on four strategic pillars:
Cybersecurity & AI Training: Equipping professionals, government bodies, and youth with next-gen tools to combat evolving digital threats.
Advanced Hardware Security: Developing state-of-the-art systems to safeguard sensitive data and national digital infrastructure.
Skill Development & Workforce Readiness: Creating a robust talent pipeline through training, mentorship, and certification.
Policy & Framework Development: Collaborating with government and international organizations to shape future-ready cybersecurity regulations.
The mission follows a three-phase global expansion strategy:
Phase 1 targets Asia & Australia, establishing training and policy ecosystems in India, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia.
Phase 2 expands to Europe & North America, promoting India’s leadership in cybersecurity standards.
Phase 3 focuses on Africa & Latin America, bridging the digital divide through inclusive education and awareness campaigns.
Cyber Shikshit Bharat strengthens India’s cyber infrastructure, creates jobs, nurtures global partnerships, and helps defend against fraud, hacking, and misinformation. It is more than an initiative—it’s a movement.
