ycling Time Trials is the National Governing Body for Cycling Time Trials in England and Wales. Mission In order to ensure a measure of uniformity in the conduct of road time trials, a group of cycling clubs formed the Road Racing Council in 1922. In 1937 The RRC changed its title to that of the Road Time Trials Council (RTTC). On the 1st day of December 2002 An agreement was made and the “Road Time Trials Council” (RTTC) “Cycling Time Trials” a Company Limited by Guarantee. Description For the purpose of administration the organisation of the Company is divided into District Councils. There are 21 of these District Councils in England and Wales. There is no individual membership of the Company. Any would-be competitor needs to be a member of a club affiliated to one of these District Councils. At present there are more than 1,000 clubs affiliated.
