Our DFMA process is an added value to all our designs. We do design based on plastics, casting, sheet metal, 3D printing, machining operations and more.. We are well know for automation of process from raw material feed to end product packing using i4.0. We also take outsourced jobs for cad conversion like 2D to 3D, 3D to 2D, scan data to parametric models, solid end product models to manufacturing model and so on. We also provide rendered still images and videos demonstrating the working process or functionality of the product or machine or any process sequence. Our technical documentation works like manuals / hand books / spec sheet will be an added tool to enhance your product. With our fabrication tie-ups for sheet metal works (right from laser cutting to power coating), machining works (CNC and conventional), injection moulding, electronic circuit design and development (PCB boards) and 3D printing we can make your products come live into market in a short period of time. Apart from the engineering works, we also support for the candidate hiring process. We handle the technical and tool test rounds for the selected candidates at our location and provide a detailed report for the same.
