"The history of the world is only the biography of great men." Their deeds, their conquests and the marks they leave on humanity build the bridges that take it forward. This is the story of Urandir. Every great leader is born with certain characteristics that lead him to ascend and lead, by instinct. The need for these characteristics to emerge comes from the conjuncture in which this leader lives. Urandir Fernandes de Oliveira was born with the purpose of guiding people through Science, Technology and Innovation (CT&I) with cutting-edge Research and Development (R&D). To accomplish these goals he created Dakila and the city of dreams: Zigurats. His biography, his great deeds and achievements will be propagated so that they are known nationally and internationally so that the Dakila Ecosystem becomes increasingly relevant and recognized.
