Setting out:
Infrastructure – Small cul-de-sac projects to large multi developer sites, we can oversee all aspects of setting out, from initial site control setup & producing working drawings to monitoring works and compiling as built information. We use the latest technologies to plot design and take pride in our thorough approach to preparing and checking data at every stage to ensure the utmost accuracy.
Residential Developments – Preparation of setting out info for ground engineering, foundations, brickwork, boundaries & drainage. Cross referencing working drawings and identifying issues before the construction phase.
Civil Engineering Projects – Enabling works, foundations, holding down bolts & alignment of steel framed buildings, drainage, brickwork & retaining walls. We combine and cross reference multi platform information to produce clear and easy to use drawings for office and site teams.
Design:
Infrastructure – 2D linework designs to full 3D modelling. We can provide enhanced visualisation + offer the ability to check for errors which may have occurred during the design and drawing process but are not obvious in 2D format.
Machine Control - Production of high accuracy, user friendly 2D GCS and 3D GPS machine control models. We can also set up site based RTK base stations and update designs via the cloud.
Earthworks – Volume calculations and cut & fill modelling to minimise bulk materials handling.
Survey:
Topographical Surveys – Sub acre to +100 acres we specialise in land surveys specifically for development.
Boundary surveys – Establishing existing boundaries using OS plans and overlaying with Land Registry documents.
As-built Surveys – S38 Road & Sewer surveys for local authority approval.
Building surveys – Full floor plan & elevations.
