Most recently, the firm was recognized in the 2018 Spring Edition of the AIA Florida/Caribbean Architect Magazine for the Bonita-Grove House project in Coconut Grove, Florida. The firm was originally founded by Daniel Garcia and his wife, Mercedes Garcia, both of whom are Miami natives.
