With ocean fishing activities since 1992, Danish-American Shipping Corp. was formally established in 2006 as an integrated seafood producer, with both ocean wild and aquaculture operations. Organized from the base, DASC owns the primary parts of the production chain. The shrimp farms and the ships. We harvest, produce and export our own raw materials from Ecuador and Panama. Ecuador Wild & Farm Shrimp In Ecuador we operate over 1000 hectares of shrimp farms, which we harvest and export for a total volume of over 2000 tons per year of finished frozen Vannamei shrimp. At the same time our port volume of Wild Shrimp is aprox. 1200 tons per year incoming from 35 ships. Uruguayan Hake & Production We have our own processing plant where we store, repackage and reprocess products from the entire national fishing vessels to export abroad. We hold all the main certifications needed for world markets. FDA, EU, ASC and BRC
