Danor foundation - The Association for Education Advancement in memory of Shai Danor (Reg # 580521037), was established in February 2010 in memory of Shai, an Israeli Air Force pilot who was killed in a training accident in 2008. The association aims to strengthen, support and help children and youth from middle to low socioeconomic backgrounds, in receiving advanced educational tools, supplemental education and equal opportunities in places where the education system and government institutions do not provide a sufficient response.
