Dançar com o Coração®, a method co-authored by Maria Goretti Coelho and Ana Beatriz Degues, integrates the Bioenergetic Analysis model with several contemporary dance techniques and strategies. It is based on the principle that all people can dance. A body free of any blockage can move gracefully and follow its rhythm. It invites us to dive into the discovery process of our essence to create a sincere and genuine dance that reflects what we feel, what we are at each moment, and what we can become.
