Dar Al Hadaek Publishing House creates children’s stories that promote inclusivity, multiculturalism, ethics, values, and experiential learning.
Founded in 1987, Al-Hadaek began with Ahmad magazine (ages 7–14), which ran for 25 years and won the Arab Journalism Award. In 1990, we expanded into publishing fiction and nonfiction books, winning our first award in 1993 at the Beirut International Book Fair for The Fish and the Ocean. Since then, we have published over 415 books and won more than 30 awards. In 2000, we launched Touta Touta, the Arab world’s first magazine for children aged 4–7.
We proudly participate in major book fairs across the Arab world (Doha, Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Kuwait, Riyadh, Bahrain) and internationally (Frankfurt, London, Paris, Bologna) in collaboration with the Lebanese Ministry of Culture. Locally, we are present at the Annual Beirut International Book Fair and over 50 school book fairs annually.
Dar Al Hadaek is a proud member of the Syndicate of Lebanese Publishers, the Arab Publishers Association, and the Arab Children’s Book Publishers Forum.

تأسست عام 1987 بإطلاق مجلة أحمد (7–14 سنة) التي استمرت 25 عامًا وفازت بجائزة الصحافة العربية. في عام 1990، توسعنا لنشر كتب قصصية وغير قصصية، وفزنا بأول جائزة عام 1993 في معرض بيروت الدولي للكتاب عن قصة السمكة والبحر. ومنذ ذلك الحين، نشرنا أكثر من 415 كتابًا وحصدنا أكثر من 30 جائزة. في عام 2000، أطلقنا مجلة توتة توتة، أول مجلة عربية للأطفال من 4–7 سنوات.
نشارك في معارض كبرى في العالم العربي (الدوحة، الشارقة، دبي، أبوظبي، مسقط، الكويت، الرياض، البحرين) ودوليًا (فرانكفورت، لندن، باريس، بولونيا) بالتعاون مع وزارة الثقافة اللبنانية، ونحافظ على حضور سنوي في معرض بيروت الدولي للكتاب وأكثر من 50 معرضًا مدرسيًا.
دار الحدائق عضو في نقابة الناشرين اللبنانيين، واتحاد الناشرين العرب، والملتقى العربي لناشري كتب الأطفال.
