Dave’s also passionate about exposing people to varied styles of exercise, from yoga to strength training, or gymnastics to heavy lifting. He believes that too many people repeatedly exercise and nourish themselves the same way too much. It simply isn’t good for their body, or mind. He believes that we all need to embrace new ways of moving, and eating; it’s not only more fun but also much better for us.
