David Griscti & Associates traces its roots to the mid-1990s. Founded by Senior Partner Dr David Griscti, one of Malta’s leading legal practitioners in financial services law, it is proud to be Malta’s first law firm solely focused on financial services law. Its main areas of practice within financial services have been investment funds, fund management companies, other areas of investment services law, capital markets, banking law, corporate and trust law and tax law. The Firm has four partners and two directors, together with its other staff complement. It is housed in a beautifully restored self-contained palazzo in Valletta, a UNESCO world heritage city.
