I’m Dawn, a Life and Career Coach committed to helping women advance both professionally and personally. With over twenty years of experience as an Executive Assistant at prominent churches like Mariners, Saddleback, and Bentree Bible, I’ve refined my skills in environments that demand not only excellence but strategic thinking.
I’ve created a 6-month coaching program specifically for Executive and Ministry Assistants. This program equips them to become strategic partners who effectively support pastors and church leaders, leveraging my extensive hands-on experience to bring about real organizational transformation.
Besides coaching, I LOVE planning retreats and events that bring people together and promote personal growth. These gatherings are designed to enrich the transformative experiences of my clients, creating supportive spaces that enhance their personal and professional goals.
My coaching is fueled by a real love for neuroscience and the amazing ways our brains can grow and adapt. This passion, mixed with my own experiences tackling life's ups and downs, keeps me on a path of constant growth. It’s this journey of learning and evolving that helps me guide my clients toward their own exciting personal and professional transformations.
I’m an ICF Certified Life Coach and a Certified Facilitator of the Working Genius, tools that enhance my ability to blend professional expertise with practical experience. My academic background in Religion and Christian Counseling also adds a unique depth to my coaching practice.
When I'm not coaching or planning events, you'll find me on my sailboat with my family and my beloved Goldendoodle, Whitney, enjoying a good book or planning our next travel adventure.
