De Haan Altés, established 2005, is a family enterprise headed up by Englishman, Rafael De Haan, and Catalan, Núria Altés. Our purpose is to make wines true to our values: organic (where possible), sustainable and of the highest quality.
Within the portfolio there are five main brands:
- HERÈNCIA ALTÉS, owned by De Haan Altés, consists of 50 hectares of organically farmed vineyards in Terra Alta and a fully equipped winery and logistics hub.
- VALDAYA in DO Ribera del Duero is a partnership with the Gonzalez Family whereby De Haan Altés is fully integrated into the procurement, winemaking and commercialization of all wines made.
- DHA CUSTOMS CUVÉES / FREEBIRD WINES is a diverse portfolio that includes wines from other areas in Spain, some made in very small quantities, others in larger volumes, allowing our customers an exciting selection of wines to load from our main logistics hub in Gandesa.
- Looking for a more sustainable way to consume wine, in 2020 we launched KANVAS, a small but dynamic range of canned wines (organic).
- Finally, in partnership with master brewer, Jordi Padrosa, we offer VIC BREW, a full-flavoured range of Anglo-American style beers.
