De Läbbel a.s.b.l. was founded in 2012 with the aim to create a local platform to support urban music, especially Hip Hop. Since then, they have supervised numerous music projects, including for artists such as Corbi (from De Läb), Maka MC, or more recently Nicool, Maz and De Läb naturally. To date, De Läbbel has organised or been involved in the promotion of about a hundred concerts since its creation and has brought in urban music legends such as KRS One (US), Romeo Elvis (BE), Masta Ace (US), Smif'N'Wessun (US), Macka B (UK), Jeru The Damaja (US), Azymuth (BR), DJ Haitian Star aka Torch (DE), Flip & Average (AT), or current artists like Ocean Wisdom (UK), The Four Owls (UK), Blabbermouf (NL), Retrogott & Hulk Hodn (DE), Lil Supa (VEN), Kill Emil & mononome (GR) and others. The label is also responsible for the discovery of several emerging artists, the creation of several event concepts and the preservation of Hip Hop culture. We can say that De Läbbel has become a real institution of the urban scene in Luxembourg.
