At DEB we are aiming to provide clients with the best ever possible service. Every accountant says they are different, and yet the majority do the same things, with the same software, from the same software providers. We have won awards for innovation in the way that we deliver our services to our clients. We design our own software to enable us to provide unique benefits for our clients that many other accountants can not. Thus, whilst we do Annual Accounts, Book-keeping, VAT Returns, Tax Returns, like other accountants do, we aim to provide much much more for our clients. A significant advancement has been the developement of DEB-Connect our communications system with our clients. This provides 24/7 access for our clients to useful information and programs to help them run their businesses. This program, is unique to DEB, and has been designed to improve the benefits to our clients and enables us to send them important information securely for instant approval. We provide clients with regular updates, newsletter and reminders by both email and SMS texts from this program. We are constantly developing our advisory software called DEB-Consult. We can provide advice and assistance on a variety of topics using this software. We have also recently joined AVN the Added Value Network that will greatly enhance what we can offer our clients, and compliment the unique and proactive services to them that we already provide.
