Believing that everyone has a right to safe, clean and affordable housing, Deborah's Place has been breaking the cycle of homelessness for women in Chicago since 1985. Originally a volunteer-run emergency overnight shelter, today we are Chicago's largest provider of supportive housing for women.
The mission of Deborah's Place is to open doors of opportunity for women who are homeless in Chicago. Supportive housing and services offer women their key to healing, achieving their goals and moving on from the experience of homelessness
