ABOUT OUR COMPANY
The corporations and partnerships collectively known as the Decade Companies began in 1980 to perform property acquisition and syndication services.
Since 1980, Decade Companies has raised in excess of $100,000,000 in equity for real estate syndications and has grown from a three person operation to over 200 employees. Decade is headquartered in Brookfield (Milwaukee), Wisconsin, with a regional office in Clearwater, Florida.
Decade currently owns and manages in excess of 570,000 square feet of office space, several hotels and marinas, restaurants, apartments and some undeveloped land.
Approximately half of the properties owned and managed by Decade are located in Wisconsin, specifically Metropolitan Milwaukee and The Fox Valley. The remaining properties are located in Central Florida in the Tampa Bay area.
