Decoded is the podcast that dives deep into the inner workings of business models behind great companies. I’m Yuechen, and I’m a partner at GSR Ventures where I invest in and work with early stage tech companies. One of my favorite things about my job is that I get to spend a significant amount of my time analyzing what makes businesses truly great. Who are their customers, and what are they really selling?
