Established in 2005, Development Engineering Enterprise ltd (DEE) was created by its founder following many successful years working within the automotive and defence industries. The objective was to provide engineering design and prototype build services to component manufacturers and OEMs alike. After 18 years of successfully achieving this goal, DEE has expanded in size and capability offerings, but just as it was at conception, engineering was at its heart then, and still is now! At its core, DEE believes that having a diversely talented range of employees, with experience from all sectors of industry is truly crucial in being able to offer a one-stop-shop engineering service. DEE’s core capability today is in the development of chassis systems, structures, and suspension solutions. We have significant and demonstratable experience in the design, build and validation of complete space frame vehicles, novel steering, and suspension designs to meet exacting customer requirements. We are also heavily involved in supporting emerging markets, offering our capability to integrate EV technologies, producing vehicle concept demonstrators and test vehicles for customer development programmes. Using our extensive supplier network and internal logistic and manufacturing resources, DEE also offers a holistic prototype build and low volume manufacturing capability.
