DEI for Africa is a pan-African initiative committed to fostering inclusive, equitable, and diverse workspaces and organizational cultures across civil society, startups, NGOs, changemakers and the private sector. We provide thought leadership, capacity building, tools, and a continent-wide community of practice to embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles within African organizations not just as a donor-driven requirement, but as a culture-driven, people-centered practice.
Through virtual and inperson training modules, curated toolkits, peer learning, and expert mentorship, DEI for Africa equips organizations and individuals with the frameworks, policies, and practical tools to drive lasting, impactful change.
