DeliSoil is a EU-funded project contributing to the Mission "A Soil Deal for Europe" by creating sustainable soil improvers to support soil health. Through a participatory and co-design process, 5 regional Living Labs with actors across the food value chain will explore the valorisation of food processing by-products, while offering landowners solutions to test in their own farms.
