Located in Northern NJ, Della Terra Catering’s objective is to support our local farmers by designing menus that begin with natural sustainable food. Our produce is sourced locally whenever possible, which is quite often. We owe this to our chef/owner’s husband, a local farmer. His family farm, Richfield Farms, is a 100-year-old 5-acre organic farm located in Clifton, NJ. Through Richfield Farms and its local farm affiliates, Della Terra is able to source the highest quality produce around.
Custom menus enable us to be creative while giving our clients the individual attention they need and deserve no matter their budget. We take pride in this and strive to please our clients each step of the way.
