CEO Krystal Sullivan founded Dental Billing Center after she had been working in dental billing for nearly a decade. Growing up with a mom who’s worked in the dental industry for over twenty years, Krystal is intimately familiar with the business and has a deep respect for those who work in it.
When she realized many offices were hiring full-time billing positions for what was a part-time job, she knew she could help. Krystal took her expertise in math, numbers, and all things accounting and started Dental Billing Center as a way to increase client profits and apply her experience to multiple customers.
Krystal is actively building a team that shares her vision and values, focusing on making Dental Billing Center the No. 1 outsourced billing solution for dental offices.
“My method is a more personal experience,” says Krystal. “I’m invested, I’m passionate, and I interact with clients constantly.” I began working when I was 14 and was a gymnastics coach. I did this for 10 years, even while I was in school and started another job as a biller at a dental office. I am one of the lucky few who have been able to completely love both of the jobs I have had. Being a gymnastics coach is the most rewarding job and billing is my passion.
Math was my favorite subject in school and in 8th grade I realized that I truly love it. My passion for math carried on through high school and college. While I was completing my bachelor’s degree, I also took all calculus courses available even though I did not need them to graduate.
Math has always been fun for me because I love numbers. Once I graduated I decided that I should expand my love of billing and numbers and help other dental offices increase their profits and decrease their outstanding balances by starting this business.
