The DNCE of ABRAVA is the result of the joint work of Brazilian companies operating in the commissioning market, stemming from the extinct Brazil chapter of the BCA. Following the same steps as the Brazil chapter of the BCA and concerned about the growing conceptual and practical distortion of commissioning activities in Brazil, these companies joined ABRAVA and created the DNCE - National Building Commissioning Department.
