Des Moines Rowing (DMR) is a health and wellness non profit to promote the sport of rowing in Central Iowa. DMR is based out of 1900 Saylor Rd, Des Moines, Iowa, United States. We row out of the Guzzman boathouse at Birdland marina. This is an all volunteer run organization that hosts the Head of the Des Moines (HOTDM) Regatta annually.
Rowing is a sport for all ages and abilities starting from high school to seniors. Please join us to learn to row. We make the sport of rowing accessible to all living in Central Iowa.
