Company founder and President Jim Muth has more than 30 years of experience working with OEM and contract manufacturers. He has proven success in product development, sales and marketing, operations and plant management. Mr. Muth is trained and implemented lean, Six Sigma manufacturing and problem solving principals. He has extensive experience in product development, operations and plant management, sourcing and sales and marketing.
