Design select has been established to fill a gap in the building industry, for those building with small building companies. Large building companies may have in house Colour consultants to guide you through the selections process. Small building companies don’t have this. We are there to offer clients of small building companies a full external and internal selection consultation. To guide you through the selections that must be made, and educate you about the materials and finishes available, to make your home your own. We will give you the confidence to make good design choices that will stand the test of time. We pride ourselves on being up to date with new and innovative building products and their suitable applications.

Design Select uses fully qualified Interior Specialists with training and knowledge in the new home build Industry. We will connect you with a designer in your area.
What we do:
Design Select is a service for those building a new home. Custom or Spec builds. We will guide you through the selections needed for external and internal finishes to complete the build. We use industry guidelines and will review your building contract tender prior to conducting your selection appointment.
How it works:
We will require the following documentation:
1. Council ready building plans
2. Builders Contract Tender
3. Builders guide to standard inclusions
4. Developer restrictions or building guidelines
5. Zoning restrictions ie bushfire or close proximity to salt water
A deposit of $100 is payable up front to secure the appointment
A consultation will capped at 3/1/2 hours
