Each month Donna sends me a list of what she needs & I just send her the information. She then enters it into an accounting system that we both have access to and provides me with reports that are broken down into categories so I can see exactly where my money is going. I have made many changes in my business/cashflow since receiving these reports & it has been working well for me financially. It also makes tax time very easy for me as Donna will send me the reports I need & I just take them to the tax agent. It's a smooth process that gets done quickly.
