Deutsche Rück Group

Deutsche Rück Group company information, Employees & Contact Information

Deutsche Rück was originally founded in 1951 to provide reinsurance cover to Germany’s public insurers. With over 300 years of tradition behind them, they are collectively Number 2 in the German primary insurance market. To this day, they remain both our owners and important product providers for the German Savings Banks, which in turn own a majority stake in most of them. Like the Savings Banks and public insurers, Deutsche Rück directs its attention towards regional and national businesses, which we understand on the most intimate level. There is a solid logic to this arrangement, as it gives us the ideal perspective to apply the same principles to our business partnerships in the other national markets we serve. Today, Deutsche Rück Group is increasingly sought after as an international reinsurance partner to minimise risk and maximise financial resilience for the clients we serve. Talk to us about your reinsurance needs. We look forward to demonstrating the value of our instinct for caution coupled with our outstanding technical expertise and ability to provide additional on-demand capacity in your target markets. Looking for a job? From risk assessment or the calculation of reinsurance solutions through the development of analytical tools to the modelling of natural hazards: Deutsche Rück offers a wide range of exciting fields of activity. Do your assets include commitment, curiosity, strong communication skills, team spirit and a thoroughly positive mindset? If so, then we should get to know one another.
