DGP Properties is a Veteran-owned house flipping company created in 2020 with a mission of empowering communities to reach their highest potential, one HOME at a time. Based out of Charlotte, NC, the company currently flips properties in the Charlotte MSA including Gaston, Cabarrus, and Lincoln counties.
The company was started by Patrick Menefee who began investing in 2019 in buy-and-hold small multifamily properties throughout the Charlotte and Fayetteville markets. In Q3 2020 Patrick expanded into flipping single family homes which is now the focus of DGP Properties!
