Diaconia Charitable Fund (formerly Armenian Help Center) was founded in December of 1988 after the devastating Earthquake which shook Armenia.
Based on christian identity and values, DCF Mission is not only to ensure that help doesn’t just come where it is needed, but that it is the launchpad for a growth and development process. We are dedicated for an Armenia in which people, and especially children, overcome the pressures and restrictions of external need, to become strong and solid pillars of a forward-moving, stable Armenian society.
Our programs mirror this target and are focused among others on children, development programs and emergency response, which we implement in all regions of Armenia.
