Diamond Precast, located in Northwest Washington State, manufactures multiple styles of precast concrete stair treads, and other precast items including wall caps, wheel stops, fire pits, and custom items. We also offer concrete pan-fill (cast-in-place) alternative stair treads. We are a woman-owned and operated business. We offer precast stairs in a wide variety of finishes, including broom, smooth trowel, exposed aggregate, sandblasted and polished concrete finishes, as well as Davis Colors. We also offer custom options such as ADA-compliant 2” exposed aggregate strip on a broom finish, luminescent nosings, and aluminum safety nosings. We supply treads for projects ranging from custom homes, and apartment buildings, to medical office buildings, and large high rise buildings.
