Diana Shipping Services (or DSS) is a global ship management company, specializing in the operation and trading of dry bulk carriers.
Our origins in ship management services are routed well before 1907. Building on this legacy, our company was formed in 1986.
Today, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Diana Shipping Inc., we employ its modern and diverse fleet (ranging from Panamax to Newcastlemax vessels) primarily on medium to long-term time charters. Everyday, we transport a range of major dry bulk cargoes, such as iron ore, coal and grain as well as minor bulks such as bauxite, magnetite and soybeans along worldwide shipping routes.
