Digital Innovation Hub de Catalunya (DIH4CAT) Overview

The Catalonia Digital Innovation Hub (DIH4CAT) is a regional non-profit innovation ecosystem, formed by the main support agents for the digitalization of Catalonia, with the goal of promoting the technological transformation of small and medium enterprises (with a special focus on the industrial sector and technology suppliers), technological start-ups and public entities. The technological areas of DIH4CAT are sorted into different Digital Innovation Nodes (DIN) specialized in advanced technologies and are coordinated by the most competitive centres of Catalonia: Artificial intelligence (AI), which is coordinated by Eurecat and CVC-CERCA; Supercomputing, which is coordinated by BSC-CNS; Cybersecurity, which is coordinated by UPC; Smart Connectivity, which is coordinated by i2CAT; Additive manufacturing and 3D printing, which is coordinated by Leitat; Advanced manufacturing and robotics, which is coordinated by Eurecat and Photonics, which is coordinated by ICFO.
