The concept of Dillon's Restaurant began in 1998 when Co-Owner George Valverde approached Rich Dillon with a partnership designed to bring Valverde's vision to reality. Since that time, the vision has blossomed into a successful restaurant with 5 locations and a catering business. Our newest location, Dillon's K.C. Style Barbeque, just opened November 11, 2011 at the Wildlife World Zoo.
