ДІМ consists of eight core members, four Ukrainians, 3 Americians and one Swede. Currently we are only bringing on Ukrainian talent, in and out of Ukraine, with a specific focus on women in the VFX and Post Production area. We strive to develop up-and-coming talent with a department specific mentoring program. Our International roster of mentors include film professionals from the US, UK, Canada and Germany, with Cannes Lions, Lola’s, BAFTA nominations, and US Academy and Emmy nominations.
