Disabled Solicitors South West Network is a regional professional community dedicated to supporting, representing, and empowering disabled and neurodivergent solicitors and legal professionals in Bristol and the South West Region.
We promote equal opportunities for disabled and neurodivergent people within the legal profession/working in law firms.
We encourage solicitors to use their experiences and expertise to support aspiring solicitors or colleagues seeking to progress in the legal sector.
We aim to help support building an inclusive legal sector by collaboration, building a community, promoting visibility, sharing lived experiences, and advocating for workplace equity.
We provide networking opportunities and events for solicitors and legal professions in the region and work with Bristol Law Society and other local and national organisations to deliver this.
